  • Taylor Cayton

    REENTRY NAVIGATOR

Taylor Cayton is a Certified Peer Support Specialist with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and is currently pursuing her Community Health Worker Certification. Having personally navigated the challenges of transitioning from incarceration, Taylor deeply understands the impact of societal labels and the struggle to re-build a sense of self-worth. Guided by her faith in Jesus Christ, she views her past not as setbacks but as powerful lessons that have strengthened her resolve to support others on their path to reintegration. Taylor is passionate about fostering compassionate, supportive networks that help individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered to make lasting, positive change. She approaches her work with empathy, patience, and unwavering dedication-always reminding those she serves that they matter, their experiences are valid, and their voices deserve to be amplified. Taylor’s mission is to serve her community with integrity, faith, and a heart full of hope for second chances and new beginnings.

It doesn’t matter how strong your opinions are. If you don’t use your power for positive change, you are indeed part of the problem. – Coretta Scott King
